Bexley and South East Tai Chi offers small,
friendly Tai Chi (Taijiquan) classes that are suitable for all levels of
fitness. Its slow moving, continuous and flowing exercises are practised for
its benefits to health and the movements, along with a focus on breathing, have
a calming effect.
TAI CHI COURSES ARE NOW BACK IN HALLS - limited availability but some places available. WEDNESDAY 8-9PM Beginners class in Bexleyheath - plenty of places available (at this point in time). 10-week course starts 08 September. Fast learners can start mid-term for a reduced fee. Weekly classes take place where students can work
within their own ability without any strain on the body as the movements are
slow and within a 'comfortable' range of motion. All movements can be adapted
to suit the abilities of each individual person. Beginners should inform the
instructor of any relevant health so the instructor can adjust the lesson to
suit their particular needs. Courses run on a termly basis and it is advisable
to book well in advance as places are limited and our classes are very popular.
