The focus of our last course was moving forward into summer with positive energy. Abundant Energy's Evening Meditation Classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are new to meditation or more experienced. They include focused, guided meditations that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed, yet energized. Meditations vary each session and you will be given ideas you will be able to use when meditating on your own. Based around seated/chair
meditation although you could lie down if you prefer. Tuesday evening 7:30-8:30pm

What a year 2020 was and who
could have predicted the challenges we would face? It was a great on-line opportunity using Zoom. There was structured, guided meditations with an approach slightly different to our previous meditation courses. First we learnt some self-healing meditations and then this expanded to group sending to nominated people with great effect. To work as a group with a focus on
healing through meditation. Be able to connect energetically with
others in a different location. Consider different levels of healing: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Learn self-healing meditations. Learn distance healing techniques and
send healing to others, both within and beyond the group. Gain
an understanding of the power of group meditation.
Things you need to know before joining
We will ask you to honour the confidentiality of everyone in
the group. We can make a difference but we cannot
promise miracles. Commit to attend every session (if
possible). No-one will ever be forced to share
personal information – that will be entirely your choice. Everyone in the group will have the
opportunity to submit names of people who may need ‘healing’. We suggest you get a notebook/journal to
record ideas, meditations and your progress. This will be a closed group - you will need to enrol as soon as possible and by the second lesson at the latest to be involved. You will get out what you put in! START DATE: TUESDAY 19 January
